Father's Day 2013

We had a fun, laid-back time celebrating Father's Day this year! Saturday, we ran an errand to pick up a gift for Matt then decided to have lunch and play games at Dave and Busters!

I was surprised at how much fun the kids had. They loved the games, especially when they won lots of tickets!

Matt was like a big kid in a candy store. He dominated basketball and camped out at the Deal or No Deal game. I think he would be great on that show :-)

We played games until Matthew started to melt-down (naptime!) The kids used their tickets to buy a Hello Kitty doll and baseball bat.

Sunday was Matt's special day to do whatever he wanted! We went to church then out to brunch at Matt's favorite breakfast place, Cafe Brazil. We came home after brunch and spent the day relaxing and watching the US Open (daddy's choice of course!) It was a lovely weekend filled with lots of quality family time. Matt, thank you for being such a loving, kind, patient, hard-working, dedicated, daddy. We love you to the moon and back!!
