We had a fun and relaxing Christmas Eve 2012. The kids went to my mom's house bright and early because some of Santa's Elves arrived to put together a gift for the kids. Matt and I spent most of the morning at home cooking, finishing up gift-wrapping, and preparing to host Christmas Eve dinner. Matt's parents flew in from Charleston the afternoon of Christmas Eve and arrived just in time to go with us to our church's candlelight service. The service was wonderful! My family and Matt's parents came back to my house for Christmas Eve dinner, and we enjoyed a fun time with the fam eating, laughing, and watching Caroline and Matthew for entertainment :-) Some pics from our evening:

Caroline wanted a rainbow dress and a spyglass (so random) and Matthew got a Cars lego set and a Mickey "ipad".
